Sharing files externally

In order to improve our security posture we have made adjustments on large file sharing. You can send files through OneDrive after putting in a service request and that right is approved by management.

Service desk will grant you the rights to share OneDrive links externally, while infrastructure will approve the external domain. No public domains are allowed (Gmail, yahoo, Hotmail, iCloud, protonmail, etc)

This change is being made to ensure that our data remains secure and in compliance with all necessary regulations. We take the security of our users' information very seriously and believe that these changes will help us better protect your data.
