Is my ticket an Incident or a Service Request?
Incident: When you're blocked by an error or some other event that prevents you from continuing your operational processes, then you register an Incident Ticket. Service Request: When you want IT to perform some function for you that you cannot do yourself, then you register a Service Request Ticket. In this case you can choose from a wide range of pre-defined services we can perform for you, and we will ask specific information that is required to complete it successfully.
